The Royal City

We just spent five days in Guelph while Joe attended the Jazz Festival. Getting out and taking photos every day proved difficult. I, of course, shot many photos of the subjects nearest and dearest to my heart (and my hips), but I've offered a few here that aren't of my kids.

042:365: Danger?

043:365: Ouch!

044:365: Portability

045:365: Self Portrait 03

046:365: Jaws

047:365: Like a Bird

  1. Wow, there is an elegance to all of these. I love the way you can see wires and make them into music. There is a rhythm you can see there.

That first photo makes me think: vagina dentata.

The composition of the face-painting shot is exquisite. Do you know the child or was it just a happy accident?

  2. Ha, Sue! I'm with you on the first photo! The photo of the face-painting was intentional but fortuitous. T was having her face painted by the woman who is framing the photo's subject.
