Toolkit

I really wanted to make this photo look kind of classic, so I tooled around a bit in Photoshop. Using the "Film Grain" filter, adjusting the gradient map to pure black and white and fooling with some of the light settings made it seem older. It also makes the label "FREE" on the seat pop a little bit, which (I flatter myself) contributes to the bitter sweetness of the tiny trike among the detritus...

  2. MQ had a little red trike like that. it was passed on to us and then we passed it on. They only fit on them for such a short amount of time...

    nostalgia commencing. i think your mission is accomplished.

  3. Nice. And I am so happy to be back here. I've been kinda, sorta completely overwhelmed for over two weeks now. Am hoping that life is poised to settle down a bit. (She said with great hope but little conviction.)
